Trä Design was founded after working as a furniture assemblyman for several consignment stores. There I saw first hand how the craftsmanship and quality of furniture both old and new was somewhat disappointing. I always thought to myself 'who would enjoy unboxing and assembling this stuff on their own anyway?' That's where it all started. Early 2013 I decided to make a change. I changed my environment, quit my job, and started building quality furniture that people would be proud to own. I am always learning and incorporating my interest for design and love for art to bring you the quality that needs to exist in furniture. Welcome to my workshop.
